ICICI Bank | The private bank major has acquired an additional 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company for around ₹1,470 crore, taking its holding in the subsidiary to approximately 52.8%. The bank bought 2.90 crore shares through the stock exchange in multiple tranches between July 22 and September 2, 2026.
Power Grid Corporation of India | The company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹3,244.33 crore from Rajasthan REZ to establish an inter-state transmission system.
RBL Bank | The bank mobilised around $3.40 billion (₹32,472 crore) through the Reserve Bank of India’s special swap facility for FCNR(B) deposits up to August 31, 2026, the lender said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.

Meesho | SoftBank is likely to sell 7 crore shares, or a 1.5% stake, in Meesho through a block deal worth around ₹1,435 crore. The floor price has been set at ₹205 per share, implying a discount of up to 3.12% to the current market price.
HUDCO | Financial services firm has signed an MoU with the Bihar government to provide financial assistance of ₹25,000 crore over five years. The funds will support the development of industrial infrastructure, including land acquisition for projects.
Hexaware Technologies | The company has announced a leadership transition, with Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan set to step down as CEO and whole-time director effective October 28, 2026. The board has appointed Vivek Jetley as CEO from the same date, while Ramakarthikeyan will continue to be associated with the company as a senior advisor.
Page Industries | Page Industries has received a notice from a Dubai court regarding a claim filed by Yellow Flower Trading LLC over a dispute concerning their UAE distribution arrangement. The claim amounts to AED 113.55 million, plus 9% annual interest from October 10, 2025. Page Industries said it is reviewing the matter with legal counsel and will contest the claims, which it believes are without merit.
Aster DM Quality Care | A block deal took place in Aster DM Quality Care, with TPG affiliate Centella Mauritius selling 46.1 lakh shares, or a 0.53% stake, for around ₹350 crore. Union (Mauritius) Holdings bought the shares at an average price of ₹760 apiece on the NSE.
Pine Labs | A block deal in Pine Labs saw Alpha Wave Ventures sell 3.55 crore shares, or a 3.1% stake, for ₹550 crore. Buyers included ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Societe Generale, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius and Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund, which together acquired around 2.61 crore shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of ₹155.1 per share on the NSE.
Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore | FACT, fertiliser maker said that it has been charged ₹438.20 crore in penal interest on its outstanding Government of India loan, effective April 1, 2018. Of the total, ₹389.51 crore relates to the period up to March 31, 2026, while ₹48.69 crore pertains to FY27.
