WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported that some within WWE’s post-production department feel “handcuffed” by Netflix’s restrictions on what can be broadcast on WWE Raw.
This comes after the 8/31 episode saw much of the angle between The Bloodline, Royce Keys, and OTM censored with blurring out of blood among other things.
Per the report, those within the company knew parameters would be in place but did not expect them to be this intensive and that the uncensored version of the angle needed to be seen “as originally intended and designed,” which appears to be why Triple H posted the uncensored segment on social media.
A line from Becky Lynch’s promo directed toward Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio was removed from the Netflix replay of the 8/3 episode of Raw.
