Io, Jupiter’s volcanically active moon, casts a shadow over the planet in this stunning image captured by NASA’s Juno spacecraft. Just as during a solar eclipse on Earth, an observer inside the dark circle moving quickly through Jupiter’s cloud tops will witness a total solar eclipse as Io passes in front of the Sun.
