Nvidia originally announced its new RTX Spark chip during Computex 2026, saying it “reinvents Windows PCs” by ditching standard x86 architecture in favor of an ARM-based alternative – much like what Apple did when it moved away from Intel hardware and onto its in-house Apple Silicon (M-series) chips. And now, hardware brands have put together some RTX Spark systems.

During IFA Berlin 2026 this week, we’ve seen a range of RTX Spark-powered devices being launched. Nvidia is not releasing RTX Spark as a standalone chip consumers can buy, so fans will have to look to laptop and mini PC designs if they’re hoping to make the switch. Acer unveiled a new compact desktop, ASUS has new ProArt PCs, and Lenovo has new Yoga laptops and 2-in-1 devices.

RTX Spark hardware launched during this year’s IFA Berlin

Nvidia hopes to interest a wide range of users with RTX Spark, including gamers, creators, and more, though the company maintains it’s “not intended” to replace x86 gaming PCs. It’s a compact processor solution with integrated graphics – not something that’ll fit into a regular gaming PC. Instead, the range of RTX Spark hardware announced so far features laptops and compact mini PCs. Even so, Nvidia doesn’t want to exclude gamers, claiming the chip is still “Game Ready” on these systems.
