ENG vs PAK, 2026: England keep Sonny Becker as Braydon Carse remains out of Edgbaston Test squad
England retained the seamer Sonny Baker In their squad for the third and final Test against Pakistan at Edgbaston, meaning Brydon Carse remains out of the side following the incident that led to his arrest last month.
It was Kars decreased from the Second Test at Lord’s after he was briefly handcuffed by police following an incident outside a Derby nightclub on August 22. The 31-year-old remains under investigation.
The only other change in the squad is the omission of seamer Matthew Fisher.
England, who lead the group 2-0, will seek to complete a clean sweep against Pakistan at Edgbaston. The third and final Test begins in Birmingham on September 9.
