New Delhi: India Vertigo Kuldeep Yadav Lucknow Super Giants are all set to participate in the 2027 edition of the Indian Premier League, TimesofIndia.com has learnt. LSG Commander Rishabh Pant He could return to Delhi Capitals as well.With momentum building in these two deals, it remains to be seen how the technicalities will unfold, but it is very likely that Pant will return ‘home’. He scored 269 points in 2025 and has only managed to improve his tally slightly to 312 points this season. The team finished seventh last season and tenth this season.“Rishabh has applied to the franchise and we have respectfully accepted him. These decisions are never easy. We are grateful for everything Rishabh has brought to the dressing room as captain. Our focus now is on collective rebuilding and restructuring to reach optimum standards,” LSG Director of Cricket Tom Moody said regarding Pant stepping down as captain.Will he return as leader of the capital? His first season was the franchise’s best to date, as he returned with 21 wickets from 14 matches and followed it up with 10, 16, 15 and 10 wickets in the subsequent editions.
